Do not use this company. They gave a quote for packing moving and unpacking. They did not unpack for me. Left all the boxes in random places. This is how I got their business. They said let us call the other companies to get quotes for you and we will make sure we are the cheapest. Then they submitted really high quote. 2600$. For a 1 bedroom apartment. The quote was so high because they were unpacking me. They worked for about 6.5 hours out of the 9 hour quote they gave AISH. They did not return any of.my calls after the move was done. They got paid by AISH and they lied saying they did not quote unpacking for me. Tony was the person who set it all up. It was a scam. They lied to AISH and myself. The movers were disrespectful. They did not move my TVs in boxes. They threw my Xboxs in 1 box full of other stuff. They did not take the time to put my stuff in the boxes they came in that I had saved. They dented the walls of my old apartment. I lost money out of my security deposit because of them. They did not use floor rugs in my old apartment. They scratched the floor with the dollie. They left my surround sound stereo equipment at my old address in the middle of the floor all stacked up. I could seriously keep going but I think I have.made my point. Do not use this company!!!!
After applying for a quote, I received 4 calls, one voicemail and two additional texts in the span of 7 hours. I was on nightshift so thank god my ringer blocked most of the notifications. It felt like harassment. THEN - when I finally did receive the quote, it was grossly inflated. For a within Edmonton move - a bed, ikea desk, Ikea bedframe, TV and couch with around 15-20 boxes was quoted at almost 900$. This move is about 1/2 a one bedroom apartment worth of stuff. I couldn’t believe that their quote was inflated like that. Over 400$ more than the other movers I contacted. Be aware they will quote you far more than other companies as per my experience. Thank goodness I didn’t use them for my move.
The works were great. They were efficient, asked all the right questions and were very accommodating. Would use them again.
The sheer amount of spam before and after everything. Talked to two people and confirmed start time twice, The week before start I was spammed daily asking to move the times even after I said no until I relented. Actual move was good otherwise, I keep getting more spam to review so here, wouldn’t recommend to anyone else who doesn’t like spam.

The guys did an awesome job from start to finish. They worked hard to get us moved. They took the time to ask us where everything went, disassembled and reassembled large items that we requested, which helped immensely. All around good service and took a great deal of stress off of moving day. I would recommend an in person visit beforehand to ensure everything can be moved as you have it. We had a lot of open bags, baskets and loose items that they couldn't take (unknown to us). We had to make a number of trips back and forth on our own to move the rest of our things.
Jaig Jass and Husan are amazing movers and took good care of my property from start to finish. I would give YEG Movers 5 stars if they had a smaller truck. The picture you see is their smallest truck which complicated the move because it is too big for the loading bay at Sky Residences and had to load/unload on the street. This increased moving time by at least an extra hour and total move time was almost double the estimate also due to some complications with the building's elevator booking. Would not recommend for small condo moves or downtown moves due to the size of their truck, however would recommend them for bigger moves.

Moving a massive sectional sofa into a Spruce Grove apartment usually results in scuffed walls, but they protected every corner meticulously. Their spatial awareness and gentle handling make them a tremendously brilliant moving squad.
Moving a delicate antique grandfather clock across Beaumont terrified me, but the team wrapped and secured it with absolute mastery. Seeing it standing flawlessly in my new hallway confirmed that they are phenomenally talented professionals.
We hired 3 movers (not 2) & that was such a good choice. All 3 do a walk through in your home & then get to work. Not only is their system efficient, I was impressed with their attention to detail, helpfullness to take apart easy boy chairs, plus speed & care with heavy items & glass (my china cabinet was a worry but it arrived in perfect condition). Not a scratch on the walls of our basement staircase. Would I use them again? You bet I would. Many thanks to Leanne, Lori (co-ordinators) & Karim/Joban/Jagroop (the muscle movers) EXTRAORDINAIRE . Absolutely fantastic movers! I just googled movers the other day and I know there are so many options, but I’m so glad I chose YEG Movers. I talked to a person shortly after calling, they got my short notice preferred day lined up, and they had fantastic communication the whole time. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and still confirmed with the courtesy heads up. Their estimate was spot on, and they worked extremely quickly and efficiently which is of course important when you pay by the hour. All my stuff and home were treated with care, and they were super polite asking where I wanted things and such. They were fully prepared to make it as safe and efficient as possible. I’d absolutely choose them again!
I had a great experience with YEG Movers. The crew was super friendly and very efficient at their job. We were impressed with how quickly they filled and unloaded the truck. They moved so quickly and were very thorough every step of the way. They performed a walkthrough with us when they finished loading, and again after unloading to confirm we had everything where we wanted it. If there were any issues with getting furniture to it's requested place, they would have a discussion about options. Overall a great experience and they made moving a lot less stressful.

The crew was amazing, they arrived on time. They were great at placing items where I wanted and moving them again if they didn’t work out. I had to make a claim for paint damage and they settled it within a day. One thing to note is that you can only make one claim, make sure to make a list and submit it. The only other thing I would make sure of is if they disassemble items that have screws and you are reassembling it you make sure they tape the screws to the item, I ran into the issue of not finding a set of screws. Overall I would definitely use them again.
